If you experience a malfunction with one of our machines, please place an out-of-order tag provided at the store on the machine so others will not attempt to use it.

To obtain a refund for money lost in a machine, call 1-877-793-2011 or email us at and put REFUND on the subject line. Please include your name, address, store location, machine number, date of loss, amount of money lost, and form of malfunction. Your refund check will be mailed within 14 days of notice.
